Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, due to high demand for consultations, we have had to implement a 'no show' fee. Failure to attend your appointment without giving notice may incur a fee of $60.
While we understand that circumstances may change, we now require notice of cancellation at least 2 hours prior to your booking. If you have an early morning appointment, please give us as much notice as possible via phone or text.

Scheduling Appointments and New Clients
The PVC team warmly welcome all clients to the clinic. Please contact reception via phone or email to schedule/re-schedule an appointment - we no longer have online bookings.

New clients
We are currently taking on new clients, however there is limited availability depending on the week and caseload; reception will be able to advise accordingly.
Re-scheduling
Some elective procedures/appointments may need to be moved to allow for sick/injured patients to receive treatment. We will notify you via telephone if there are any changes to your existing appointment. Please keep in mind this may happen on the day of the elective procedure/consultation and we do apologise for any inconveniences.

We ask for your patience and understanding during this time.
Thank you!

Feline Vaccine Shortage
To our valued CAT clients,

There is currently a nationwide shortage of the F2 core vaccinations and FIV vaccinations for cats. We have been instructed to prioritise kittens and cats who are going into a cattery. For our adult cats who are up to date with vaccinations, we will hold off until when we stock is expected to return which is still TBA.

The F3 vaccinations are slowly coming back into stock and will be kept aside for the cats that have missed out during the shortage.
If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to call the clinic for assistance.
