Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, due to high demand for consultations, we have had to implement a 'no show' fee. Failure to attend your appointment without giving notice may incur a fee of $60.

 

While we understand that circumstances may change, we now require notice of cancellation at least 2 hours prior to your booking. If you have an early morning appointment, please give us as much notice as possible via phone or text.

Scheduling Appointments and New Clients

​

As most of you are aware, there’s a veterinary shortage at the moment (in addition to COVID) and it’s been difficult to schedule appointments due to lack of staff/hours in the day. At Parkway Veterinary Centre, we currently are booked out for weeks in advance which we understand is frustrating for owners who are worrying about their pets and are struggling to have them seen. We are equally troubled by this situation but, are doing our very best and working hard behind the scenes to triage and accommodate the needs of our patients.

New clients

We are currently taking on new clients, however there is limited availability; reception will be able to advise accordingly. 

 

Re-scheduling

Some elective procedures/appointments may need to be moved to allow for sick/injured patients to receive treatment. We will notify you via telephone if there are any changes to your existing appointment. Please keep in mind this may happen on the day of the elective procedure/consultation.
