Clinic Updates
Software Change
Dear valued clients,
Just a heads up that we are in the process of changing over our practice management software. This may mean slower service than usual on our end as we learn to navigate the new system.
Our phone and email will remain the same so no changes on your end.
The switchover officially starts on Monday 8th of December, and we thank you in advance for your patience.
The new system will send vaccination and appointment reminders; If you receive any reminders that seem odd, please let us know so we can adjust in the system.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
We wish you all a lovely holiday season and rest of your year!
Kindly,
The Team at Parkway Vet

Clinic Phone update

Dear valued clients,
Please note, if you are currently with Optus provider there are issues getting through to our line. We are unsure as to why at this stage - our phones are working properly on our end.
We suggest either using a non-Optus number to call through, or alternatively, feel free to email us on reception@parkwayvet.com.au

Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, due to high demand for consultations, we have had to implement a 'no show' fee. Failure to attend your appointment without giving notice may incur a fee of $60.
While we understand that circumstances may change, we now require notice of cancellation at least 2 hours prior to your booking. If you have an early morning appointment, please give us as much notice as possible via phone or text.

Scheduling Appointments and New Clients
The PVC team warmly welcome all clients to the clinic. Please contact reception via phone or email to schedule/re-schedule an appointment - we no longer have online bookings.

New clients
We are currently taking on new clients, however there is limited availability depending on the week and caseload; reception will be able to advise accordingly.
Re-scheduling
Some elective procedures/appointments may need to be moved to allow for sick/injured patients to receive treatment. We will notify you via telephone if there are any changes to your existing appointment. Please keep in mind this may happen on the day of the elective procedure/consultation and we do apologise for any inconveniences.

We ask for your patience and understanding during this time.
Thank you!

Thank you for your patience.
