Available only to Parkway clients with current prescriptions with refills.
Please note: This form is to request a refill of medication, and is not a direct order. Please await confirmation from our clinic prior to collection of medication/s.
For pets on long-term medication, we legally require 6 monthly check-ups.
Please allow up to 48hrs for medication refills - if your refill is urgent, please call the clinic directly.
